Well after 18 Months it's done except for a little cleanup this spring.

Dream Catcher Ranch is located just North of the historic town of Como, Colorado at the North edge of the South Park . The ranch elevation is 9800 to 10,100 feet and encompasses 225+ acres. Running through the ranch is the historic Boreas Pass road and Union Pacific Railroad line. Built in the 1880's, as a narrow gauge rail line. It served the Breckenridge mining district over Boreas Pass until 1937 when it was abandon. The old stone rail road roundhouse still stands in Como today.

Wildlife and Cattle is the ranches livelyhood. Large herds of Deer and Elk come to water on the ranches 149 acre wetland. Fox, Coyotes, Badgers are often seen, as are a number of Hawks and water birds. Bear, and mountian lion are in near by National Forest.

Drean Catcher Ranch is owned by the Skinner family. Over the next year watch us a we build our new home and business. We will share a few pictures of the progress with you.
